Question who else has a very deep navel and when does it come out? I kinda feel mine cumin out

My belly button has always been deep!! But I'm 38 weeks preggo and now it's flat lol. It's not popped out just flat. Very weird!

Mine has always been very deep, I feel like it won't come out at all. Its still just as deep even with my big stomach. I want it to though!
