Pm only way it'll stay down. Since I can't eat much I'd consider it on a empty stomach . But I think Ima get the gummies these r just killing me

Yes to preggie pops, ginger tea everything you can imagine off not even a little of relief. I can't eat or drink nothing nothing nothing at all 😪😪
