Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I hate my generation sometimes ? Today was my nieces baby shower, which went great. She got so much which amazing since she's been working 2 jobs trying to save up for the unpaid leave she'll have to take from work. Anyways I was talking to one of the ladies there since my son and her daughter were playing together. I asked her what her daughters name was, she said it was Layla. I told her that's a really pretty name and asked her if she was a Clapton fan and if she was named after the song. This girl had no idea who Eric Clapton is. ? ♀ One of the most iconic songs, and she had no idea. I hate my generation. ?

I couldn't handle it. I would hate for my kid to share a name with someone, even if it's a friend of the family or something. I made up my son's name and I plan on coming up with something unique for this little one. I personally cannot handle multiple kids being named the same thing. Good luck though! You'll figure everything out.

in our family there's more than 2 kids with the same name. my son is Johnny, like my husband, and my son has 2 cousins named Johnny and an uncle Johnny. his cousin and my daughter have the same name. it don't bother us none. there's a lot of other family members that share the same name. we don't care.

You should still name him like that, and show her that it doesn't bother u if it bothers her then she can name her kid by his middle name

Yes definitely you're over reacting keep your sons name and you don't have to change the spelling . All of her sons names starts with J so don't let it get you down especially something like a name love . Perk up ... Be happy your son is coming no need for unnecessary tears, stress or worry
