My name is Jessica i am new to this board. I am currently 4 weeks 3 days pregnant. On August 23 2013 i lost my twin boy and girl Alexander and Aria at 19 weeks due to incompetent cervix. In march of this year i had a miscarriage. i was about 5 weeks along. HCG was very low but thats what im guessing. i am happily engaged to my fiance Miranda and we got pregnant by artificial insemination. Hopefully this is our baby that's going to stick, and it will be a smooth ride. 😊😊

How does artificial insemination work? Like the doc inserts a guy's Sperm in U?

@mmmirage, my fiance and i did at home insemination and insert the sperm using a syringe that's how they do it at the doctors as well.
