@peekaahbooo, I take fenugreek supplements and i went from pumping 20oz a day to 40oz a day within a day and I am still increasing and my baby is only 16 days old

if you like tea I heard that this stuff called mothers milk helps your body produce more milk

I had problems producing breast milk as well !
