anyone else developing depression during their pregnancy? I swear I dont want to leave the house, I never have the energy to do anything, constantly in pjs, and constantly emotional.. is this what depression is?
when its depression its like a constant feeling of not having any motivation or energy. Your appetite completely changes. you want to be alone and secluded. you want to sleep a lot. its just a sadness that doesn't go away. you feel like nothing is going right and like will get better.
My midwife told me that the difference between depression and hormones is that with depression, you cannot get out of the funk. It's ongoing and impacts your daily life for an extended amount of time. She said depressive states from hormones fluctuate and come and go. Never hesitate to get help- better sooner than later! <3
Idk if that's depression, but I left like that on my first trimester and half of my second bc I had really bad morning sickness. I was tired all the time and never had energy to go out or even get ready. But once my third trimester started I got all this energy back and now I wake up by 7 and I always want to go out and not stay home lol. Hopefully you start feeling better soon ☺️
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Did things get any better?
