I haven't felt my son move or kick or do anything since last night. My fiancé was going to take me to the hospital in the morning if I still don't feel him, but my question is, do I need to go to the ER or L&D?

The ER is going to send you straight to L&D if your over 20 weeks.

Yea if you go to the ER they'll jsut have someone wheel you down to L&D so they can monitor the baby and make sure the baby is ok.

anything over 25 weeks is L&D.
