I did take one pill of zofran while I was sick with a tummy bug and the diarrhea and puking stopped. So I haven't taken it since.

I always here horrors stories about zofran. I wouldn't take it. Try unisome..... I'm 20 weeks I had my anatomy scan and they said my baby is healthy they looked at lips, heart and fingers. Everything was good.

considering I have a daughter with a cleft I wouldn't advise anyone to take it.

i lived off of zofran since 5 wks to 7wks . now Ill be 24 weeks and their saying they see problems with my sons heart lips and pallet but everyone is saying its not zofran..
