This actually happened to me last night but there was a little blood in the throw-up (not enough to be overly concerned)... I'm pretty sure I have an ulcer but put a message into my doctor anyway.

I barley threw up which was weird then started spitting blood for a bit

@marbeffff, is right my throat gets irritated as well after I puke and I always spit out a little tiny bit of blood

I actually heard that if you're not actually PUKING the blood, but spitting it up afterward, it should be fine. If you wanna be safe, yeah. I understand the worry! But it would mean there's not internal bleeding but your throat or sinuses are irritated.

Blood is NEVER a good sign while pregnant. Go to the ER. Better safe than sorry. -- feel better! ❤️
