Please tell me insomnia and it being hard to breathe is normal during pregnancy!:/
Honestly, there isn't really much of anything you can do... The breathing, my doctor prescribed me an inhaler. But it was for more for shortness of breathe from my anxiety then being pregnant.
and for the sleep, try drinking some black chai tea with a little bit of vanilla and milk before you lay down. That helps a little bit. :)
I'm on vacation this week and the insomnia didn't really start until friday night, plus taking naps during the day doesn't help either
I didn't sleep at night through my whole last tri.
