How long did it take for your baby's social security card to come in?

we had to fill out the paperwork ourselves and the hospital sent it in for us and I wanna say it took a few weeks.

it took 6 full weeks for my daughters and out took 3 weeks just for her to be in the system for her birth certificate and then i had to wait even longer cause the lady at the hospital spelled my daughters name wrong so i had too get new ss card and birth certificate..

When I was at the hospital they had me fill out the paper work, then not even 2 weeks later I got it in the mail.

Mine was at my house in 2 weeks

the hospital I delivered at said 8-10 weeks it'd be mailed to us if we wanted it.

2 weeks.

I had to go up there and personally apply because the hospital didn't do shit . so it took like 2 weeks
