Is there anything I can do to help with swelling ankles?

I'm having the same thing everyday - all day. :-(

lift/elevate above your heart.

kick them up when you can. ice them too if you want. oh the joys of pregnancy.

my doctor also prescribed me compression stocking but panty hose can work too.

Me toooo! Get those feet up! And massage your ankles. Drink lots of water too!
