Had a couple strong contractions last night, but now I've just been having false contractions. Going to maybe call the OBGYN tomorrow to see if I can get checked.

Tomorrow is a holiday, so if it's urgent I would go to labor and delivery :/
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
What do contractions feel like?
Contractions are getting crazy strong! Anything over 80 is considered a "strong" contraction. The ones I'm having are hitting 160+ !
You can always call the hospital and talk to the head nurse to see if they think you should come in
