Dr told me 30 min-1hour. I was on it 4 yrs & now I'm back on it after I had my baby.

that's weird I wonder which one is true! because I asked my nurse if it was 7days then she said no 40hrs unless you wana do the 7day method @heather_95 @mommyofaking
