for mommies that are breastfeeding I have a question what kind of diet did you guys have? I'm trying to lose the baby weight but also don't want to not eat because of baby

My doctor recommend a low carb diet. you limit your cards to 30 grams per meal but you eat 6 small meals a day. remember fruits have cards, so do beans, carrots and corn. I have lost weight on this site while pregnant as well
I'm using weight watchers. its 19.95 a month but I get to eat whatever (it's about portion control) and they give u more points if you breastfeed. I lost 5lbs the first week of doing it.
