what are your ladies thoughts about letting baby sleep in swing during the night

This is the one we had..

My oldest wouldnt sleep in anything besides her swing for the first few months.. She wouldn't sleep longer than a half hour without her swing.. It didn't bother me any.. She was buckled in and swaddled, not with a blanket though, cause I've heard that can cause a higher risk for sids.. But my doc and I were fine with it.. And I transitioned her fine, I would just rock her in my arms before laying her in her crib and she was fine..

Now he fights his sleep because he outgrew his swing and that's what kept him content @sgomez0606.

I'm moving my daughter from her boppy to this swing , after trying to put her in her bassinet @mdomke22

that's the same seeing nylah was in for a while tonight. I moved her back to her crib tho I couldn't take the couch any longer lol

that's how I am right now any little noise or even If she doesn't make a sound I still feel like I need to check on her @ryans_mommy14

I thought so too cuz my brother used this same one for my nephew but you never know I'm a ftm so any little thing worries me..I'm a little paranoid @ryans_mommy14

this is the one my daughter is sleeping in right now

my daughter doesn't have a problem sleeping well kinda lol she won't sleep in her bassinet the only thing she has slept in so far is her boppy pillow and those are no good at all for a baby to sleeping in so we put her in the swing today and she seems to like it @mdomke22

It was like this. That's the only thing that would make him stay asleep longer than 2 hours

some say cuz they get in the habit of it and it be hard to transition from the swing to crib others say it's a risk for sids which scares me ..@mdomke22,

oh why aren't you supposed to? lol never heard a reason but maybe cuz they could get in a habit of it? lol idk.

idk what to think about it cuz some people say it's fine others say it's not. but then again my nephew slept in his swing till he was 6 months and he's fine but then you never know lol it's all very confusing @mdomke22

My daughter is tonight. she has a cold and is really congested so she kinda has to otherwise she can't breathe well :/
