Any tips/remedies for swollen feet? Mine are really bad and they HURT! 😣 I try and elevate them as much as I can but when I have to walk I'm miserable. 😞

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@mamatiff2015, Anything else swollen? like ur hands or face? Lots of water, elevating your feet as much as possible and making your dr aware.
