I'm having sharp abdominal pain is that something to worry about?!? need help!

I had sharp pain last night in my lower back ..feel like knots but I didn't do anything about it today I've been good nothing happen; baby still kicking and moving. so I thought nothing of it today but I will be telling my doctor about it next visit... sorry if this wasn't really help
