can u only give Tylenol for 24 hrs ? 2 months old. is that what the warning thing means. ?? so after 24 hrs I can't give him any more
I'm always here if you need to talk or have concerns...we are in this together and I will help if I can ☺
lol it is hard I don't have a mom so i ask on here lol. @eskawho
ok, I wouldn't worry then which I know is hard...just keep doing what you are doing. I'm sure he will feel better soon just give him extra cuddles which will make you feel better too. I'm a first time mom and it's so hard not knowing if you are doing the right thing, I'm always calling and asking my mom lol.
well they said don't worry unless over ,102 then to call @eskawho
I gave him Tylenol last at 430 his temp is 99.5 so add 1 degree 100.5
Lol. I was going to say check after an hour of giving him the dose but you have it covered...the Tylenol might be keeping the fever from going higher but if you are concerned call the pediatrician office maybe talk to the nurse and see if this is ok. always trust you instinct
but the highest is right before I give it to him.
I'm just scared since he has such a high fever with tylonek how high it would be without Tylenol
see his ranges from 99-101. I've been giving it every 4 hrs since 730 pm last night. except he slept a really long time at night and I didn't give it to him.
if he still has a fever then yes I would...if it lasts more then a couple day I would call. my baby had her shots yesterday and so far been lucky with no fever but a few hours after she was so fussy so I had to give her some for the pain. her last dose was at 5 am when she woke to feed but she has been sleeping from 6pm last night and only gets up for short periods to eat and earlier her daddy came home to check on her and she was all smiling for him so I think the sleep helps. right now she is sleeping on me and I wanna eat a sandwich but don't want to move her lol or she will wake up. I'm sure your little guy will start to feel better soon...the pediatrician said low fevers are pretty common but if it gets high to go in. I have a forehead thormometer and she reads 99 but I also have her wrapped in blankets.
ok so as long as I Dont do more than 5 in 24 hrs I can go longer. bc he still has a fever of 100 add 1 bc under the arm pit. with Tylenol @eskawho
