What helped me was using opks and taking my basal temp everyday to pinpoint ovulation. Not sure if you're already doing that or not. But knowing when I was ovulating helps
Tips: Plenty of sex during ovulation or get a ovulation kit .. eat healthy loads of greens good foods that can benefit the body stay in good condition no smoking drinking and so on ... let the Lord do the work and relax as everyone time is different.
my fiance and I have been trying for about 7 months.. any healthy couple it can take up to a year to concieve. if after a year you have not concieve at all I'm talking you didn't have a positive pregnancy test ,even if you lost it, then you should go to the doctor. if you have ever had a misscarriage, as horrible as it is, you know you can get pregnant that's the first step.

took me n my husband about 8-9 months to get pregnant... i used fertility tests and it ended.up working...
