I'm an only child and by the time this little one is born my son will be 4 1/2 so I don't have any personal experience for you. Sorry.

Setting schedules as early as you can, probably trying to get them both to nap at the same time.. My friend has 4 boys all under or 3... They're 3, 2 && twin 1 year olds && I'm pretty sure they tried getting everyone on a set schedule so the adults could get things done and not lose their minds.
