A little bit worried. Lost a good bit of my mucus plug. there was no blood in it thankfully. But i think it is too early for this?

22 weeks? that must have given you a scare! lol! I thought the mucus plug wasn't supposed to become dislodged unless you were contracting. Or can Braxton Hicks cause it to loosen up too? @momforz

I'm not sure if I'm experiencing Braxton hicks bc on the bottom of my belly it tightens and then releases
