It makes me smile to read how some of the mommies have an over abundance of milk from breastfeeding. This morning was my first waking up a little engorged. For the mamas with sore nipples, I cannot suggest enough the Medela Nipple Shield! By day 3 PP for me, my nips were so sore everytime my LO latched on I wanted to punch something, it hurt so bad. These nipple shields take that feeling away! Now I look forward to feeding my baby, instead of dreading it because of the pain.

@lajo, I used it before breastfeeding my daughter and never had problems with my nipples being sore. it helps. but you don't have to take my word for it. glad you found someone that works for you
