I'm 37 weeks 4 days & i keep getting idk how to describe it.. Vaginal pain? Like in my vagina.. What is this? Anyone else going through this?

My baby's breech, I need a c section. & I know he's still breech cuz I feel his head up there.. :/@justice_dylan03

I started to get that last night that it woke me up. I'm only 32 weeks and at my last ultrasound he was head down already.
