Need a little help ladies! I'm 22 weeks pregnant ftm. I am a cna at a nursing home and between the heat, lifting heavy bodies, and walking constantly I seriously feel like dieing and with summer coming up who knows lol. so what I'm asking is should I cut my hours down to part time or should I go back to the job I had before that would be easier on me? Really need some opinions!!!
I would just ask if there's a way your workload could be lightened.. Maybe not cut hours but maybe you could do some office paperwork and not be on your feet all the time or have someone else help with the heavier stuff. You could always ask your boss and your fellow employees if something could be worked out until you come back after having the baby.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
My friend is cna she actually just changed jobs. She works at a place call villages which is more assisted living so it's kind less work you so you might want to look into places like that and she also is prn At her old job.
