Stuffy nose in the spring what the hell ? 😐

@snowbunny, Lol yea they aren't pretty and can happen at any time of the day. I got them with my first 2 pregnancies but so far so good with this one. Just this stupid stuffy nose 😧

@snowbunny, yes it is. It's from all the extra blood flow in our nose which can sometimes give us nose bleeds. This is all normal and can be easily maintained with nasal spray or humidifiers, but I want to try those little thin strips you place on your nose to open your nostrils. I heard that they help also

Me too. I wake up every morning around 3 or 4 with a stuffy nose. Thank goodness once I get upright it goes away for the most part!

@mommy3, is it a pregnancy symptom cause I don't feel sick or anything just can't breathe that good through my nose

Definitely not the best feeling. I'm going crazy breathing thru one nostril
