So with my first daughter I had a c-section but I really want a natural birth. They said my blood pressure was high but that only because they pissed me off.& I really want a natural birth with this second pregnancy but I'm scared I won't dilate again. Any suggestion on how to slowly dilate myself??
My appointment is next Friday and I really hope I’m effaced a good amount and dilated . This birth has to be natural
Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
what's helped you ladies induce naturally? Fresh pineapple? Bouncing on a birthing ball? I need suggestions, I really don't want to be medically induced 😞
Anybody had a child birth with no epidural? I really want to have my baby with no epidural.

Walk a bunch. I walked and danced and walked and I went from one day not being dilated at all to being 3cm dilated and having him the next day
