I'm torn to pieces devastated...I'm a new time mom my son is 3 months old and I be been suffering from postpartum depression and anxiety, to maks matters worse on Monday my little brother who is a twin turned 21 he didn't drink or party just stayed in and watched movies with the family. Tuesday the day after his birthday i see him in the morning normal day then he says hes going to lay down cuz hes tired i go down a short time later and I find him. He committed suicide I feel so awful and angry full of questions and sadness I can't even look at my other brother it's so painful. I don't know what to do all I do is cry I haven't slept or ate since it happened I'm horribly depressed 😢 I can't get the image out of my head it's on constant replay...

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. My heart goes out to you and your family. I am a mental health therapist in training and I just want to say please don't be alone. It's important to be around family and friends. Also don't be afraid to talk with a counselor, therapist, or even your doctor about how you are feeling.

thanks so much guys! 😢 I feel awful I know im not okay. I can't be at my mom's with my family it's too hard being where he died I'm to lost to have company over all I have is my son 😢

I'm so so sorry for your loss. I know it's not a sibling but I lost my dad to suicide if you ever wanna talk I'm always available.
