can some one tell what this means I am almost 38 weeks and now I'm puking and having stomach pains every 3 to 4 min

could be the start of labor. I started throwing up and having contractions before I went into full blown labor. either call your doctor or go into L&D

I agree with the above comments, it could be early labor and it's best to to get checked so if it is they can try to stop it and give baby a little more time.
