I've been having cramp that come out of know we're that aren't bad but like enough to make me stop…

i had that a few weeks ago... for me i get terrible cramps if i wait o long to go pee.. I'm constipated.. i sneeze (really bad round ligament pains).. or just at random... three kind that makes you stop mid walk and hold your breath... could be your uterus stretching which its not used to... as long as there is no blood you should be fine

Ok it just started so that's why I was wondering

It's probably just gas. i was having the worst gas cramps weeks 7-9

i still get them now.

I'm 11 weeks and it started yesterday night at work

It's fine unless accompanied by bleeding.
