@enriques_mommy, does he have gas? might be why he won't sleep. gas drops and gripe water are amazing if that's the problem.

@enriques_mommy, gripe water is amazing! it really helps. I used to give it to my son every night before bed with a binki right after and he would fall right asleep. I don't need to give it to him every night now. also gas drops in his bottles seemed to help my son too. my doctor also said that you can give both to him as many times as needed because he doesn't actually ingest it but it goes and gets rid of the gas bubbles.
