Thy normally come in your carset. You're actually legally not allowed to add things like that to your car seat. If t doesn't come with it then it isn't tested with it therefor your warrant is voided and it may be unsafe

I still got ine, and the little things that go around the straps. Makes me feel like she would be comfortable.
