the Mirena is 5 years and the Nexplanon is 3 years but I don't know which ones have hormones in them.. @sgomez0606 @blackjbutterfly14 it's the copper IUD kinda like the Mirena

yes and it's good for 10 years.. just causes cramping after its inserted :( it's hormone free so no side effects...at least not yet
