I'm so jealous! 😩 how do u ladies get to have so many ultrasounds done?? My doctor said my insurance…

I got one at 8 weeks then another one at 20. It sucks😭 but soon I'll get to see her face !!! 😁😁

my insurance paid for 2 and I had to pay for my 3D ultrasound. I wish I saw more of her too

I'm getting so many bc I'm high risk. If I wasn't high risk I probably would only get about two or three as well.

I had about 15 done throughout. but I was high risk she also wouldn't cooperate for the anatomy scan so I had a repeat three times lol also I went to an outside place to get a 4D one done. at the end I was doing non stress tests and when she didn't move a lot I had one done to see if she was ok and I had diabetes so they had to do a couple growth ones to make sure she wasn't getting to big. if I wasn't high risk I wouldn't have gotten so many

I just happened to find a dr who liked watching the baby grow throughout the entire pregnancy. He does one every appointment.

It's a good thing you don't have so many ultra sounds. It mostly means they are high risk of they have multiple ones. I only had two as well

I have medi-cal :) I've gotten 4 done so far. the first one i got when i was 6 weeks, i thought i had a UTI my stomach was hurting super bad, so they ran tests then gave me the ultrasound to make sure baby was ok.. second one my Dr has an ultrasound (the old ones) thinger in her office so for my piece of mind she performed one. third one was at 17 weeks in Los Angeles, CA they looooooove giving you ultrasounds, I had one done. they're free. amd this last fourth one was the 20 week anatomy one.

now I'm 33 weeks preggers Ive been dying to see him but they won't let me lol

It honestly just depends on your doctor. I have a completely healthy baby but they do ultra sounds at every visit just to make sure everything stays on track. It puts my mind at ease

Go to a 3d /4d one it cost money but you get to see your baby

I think I had 4-5 normal ones and then at the end I went in 2x a week for non stress tests so I got them done 2x a week for the last 5 or so weeks, but I didn't always take ultrasounds home with me. It just depends. It's not always a good thing when you get so many though.
