well since we're allowed to rant here, let me have a turn. lol. so today, I had my first appt with my new OB & I love him already. my only complaint I have about today's appt is I have to do another 1 hour glucose test bc my previous doctor did it too early for one & on top of that she didn't even document the results. I'm just disgusted Already bc that drink was horrible. 😒 whatever. anyway, everything else is fine. baby has turned & im just ready for July 😊 ok thanks for reading ladies lol 😂

I haven't done it yet but from what I hear if you keep it cold it taste batter and goes down easier.

yeah, it wasn't really as bad as I'm making it out to be. they gave me a cold one and it was orange flavored. maybe tomorrow will be better for me bc its fruit punch lol. do you know when you're doing yours? @jrose114

Plug your nose when you drink it! And ask for a cold one :) or bring ice in a cup and pour it in there. The drink being cold makes all the difference in the world! Good luck.

No my doctor hasn't even mentioned it when are you supposed to get it done? I will be 17 weeks on Wednesday. But I did do a blood test but I didn't have to drink anything?

I believe they do it around 25 weeks or so. @jrose114 it could be later, but I know it's definitely after 21. sorry I'm not much help

They do it around 28 weeks. :) I agree, it was nasty. I had fruit punch and by the end of it, my throat was burning. But it's worth it for the health of baby :)
