sore throat is killing me, anybody else had this and what helped? couldn't get in the Dr's today so need to try again…

other people may not like it... but hot water with milk in it helped me, just half mug of milk with boiled water from the kettle, I would sometimes add a little honey too :) I also make sure I have a drink in my hand 24/7 to help x

Sandersons from boots is amazing. It tastes vile but it does the job!! x
