I'm in labor and it's killing me. how do people do this without meds!? impressed by those strong women

I've done it 2x without meds and once with you got this the pain will be over soon

That's all u can do. And if u can't handle the pain it doesn't matter. Your still a strong woman. Just make sure ur comfortable so u don't tire yourself out. Mine last three were super fast also. And everyone is different. Good luck and congrats!!

Just find a focus point and breath. I couldn't have any kind of noise with mine and had 4 of them all natural so far..baby number 5 is almost time.
