That's all u can do. And if u can't handle the pain it doesn't matter.  Your still a strong woman. Just make sure ur comfortable so u don't tire yourself out. Mine last three were super fast also. And everyone is different. Good luck and congrats!!

Just find a focus point and breath. I couldn't have any kind of noise with mine and had 4 of them all natural so far..baby number 5 is almost time.
