cut back on the salt, drinks tons of water, and rest with legs elevated. ;)
dang @briannemommyof2 thank you for the advice! ill try the pillows.
@jennatess, awww i feel your pain girl. good shoes lol. right its flip flop season!
Not drinking enough water can make them swell. Eating salty foods can make them swell. So drink lots of water and prop them up... Laying down with pillows under your feet so they are above your heart works best. I went through 2 kiddos pregnant with my 3rd... Me and Swollen are like BFF's
Cry. That's what I do... 😓 I have found nothing really helps me. They say elevate allllll the time, drink lots of water, and invest in good shoes, but, my feet/legs still swell like crazy. I hope it goes away for you! It sucks! 😐
mine hasnt at all and im not on em 24/7...i drink tons of water tho. :(
I think the only thing you can do is put your legs up for a little bit and see if the swelling goes down. I wear wedges all the time and by the end of the day my feet are a little swollen so I just put my legs up and the swelling goes down pretty fast. 😊
What would you do with $25,000
If you received an extra $25,000. What would you do with it? ?
What do YOU judge
Clearly, no one is a perfect parent nor do we know everything. But what’s something you judge a parent off of or just irks you?

How do you like your steak?
starbucks
What do you get?
Do you believe in Ghosts?
And if you do, do you also believe in God?
Girl my feet were so swollen I could barley walk. I just had to keep them up I also soaked them in Epson salt
