Yeah when I was 12 weeks I was always light headed. I would have to take a cold washcloth and put it on my head and suck on a ice cube. Yes sounds funny but it work for me. After sucking on the ice cube wait till it dissolves then lay down it helps!

I do and have my entire pregnancy for me it's because my blood sugar drops so bad that I be fixing to pass out , I have to drink alot out soda and juice and eat sweets to stay afloat... and no I'm not diabetic, it's just something I've gone thru in this pregnancy.. I didn't have this problem with my two previous pregnancies but they were boys tho.

maybe that's why I had it for the past two days I haven't been able to keep any food down

I do all the time if I'm not drinking/eating enough. It was much worse in the beginning though.
