I get heartburn from just about everything I eat. Decided to snack on an apple instead of chicken, and it gave me terrible heartburn. Any solutions? Kinda tired of chewing tums 😔😖
Just curious what prenatals y'all are taking. Everyone I burp or get heartburn I can taste the iron in my vitamin and it's not helping with my morning sickness at all.

@soon2bwifey, I'm starting to believe that a true thing and not just an old saying. Because with my other three kids I had horrible heartburn and they all came out with a head full of hair..

My fiancé made me drjnk warm water with baking soda in it (8oz.). I really thought he was trying to kill me until the heart burn and indigestion went away.

I'll try that next time.. My pastors wife had me drink mint tea and it worked so I guess I better stick up on tea and baking soda @ladikristal cause the tums and pepcid is not helping at all

I use baking soda water. It doesn't taste so good [I've tried mixing it with every drink I can think of lol water remains the easiest to stomach] but man does it help. I try like a tablespoon per 8 oz water. pepcid never helped but just because I tried dollar trees pink bismuth and that actually did idky
