I would give it to her before a feeding if she didn't burp for the last or right after the feesing if she doesn't burp on her own. but since he seems to have trouble during the night it seems like the best time would be right before he goes to sleep

@iloveni0820, that what my doctor prescribed for my son to gas drops. I give him during evening. Does it matter when u give it?

my daughters doctor prescribed her gas drops which worked very well. she had a lot of trouble burping and the gas drops helped her a lot. they are over the counter also

@mommyofaking, yeah thats what mine does too. He cries certain time. During day time he sleep and eats normal. But night time he wants to be fed all the time but nurses only short time and cries. Nothing seems to help

@iloveni0820, I burp him but sometimes he doesnt burp. His doctor said him 10min max and then burp him and then continue feeding. I got even something for his tummy but so far it hasnt helped. Dont know if its gripe water but it suppose to help the for his tummy.

Yes idk if your baby is gripping but mine is. He cry a certain time in the morning & night.

he might not be burped enough
