After a long discussion with a new friend of mine I decided it's time to make action on this much overdue choice of switching to a midwife. My ob/gyn really has been no help I've learned more from apps than I have from him. every time I ask a question he gets super annoyed, this is my first pregnancy sorry if I don't know what to expect 😒. Also he forgot to give me my shot since I have negative o blood, I had to go get it at the hospital... I don't feel comfortable at all with him. Hopefully it's not too late to make the switch

I think you've made a wonderful decision. Also I'm glad you found a midwife at this point in pregnancy. I'm in Winnipeg and there seems to be a shortage of midwives. Though I like my gyn but my appointments with her just seems to be rushed and I don't feel relaxed enough to ask all my questions. This is my first pregnancy as well and I too feel I've learned more through apps :/
A midwife should also be helpful if you plan to have a natural delivery. Fingers crossed, I hope I find one too. I think its great you've made the switch!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
