I'm due in August ...do you think it would be a good idea to get a job now until sometime in August ??

Yeah most jobs say about carrying stuff cuz sometimes you will have to

@afa2015, so true..I was thinking to go through the interview and then if I get the job tell them...it's a cashier job I applied to I know it said something about lifting about 25lbs

Yeah I told them during the interview and they didn't seem to care at all, did my second interview the same day and hired me on the spot! They were super understanding about it! :) @amg2469

No it's better to be honest because they could ask you to like move a heavy box or do something that could hurt the baby better to be honest and then it looks bad on you that you lied

I applied I at Target and told them right away I was pregnant (I was 26 weeks at the time) and due August 1st, they still hired me and told me they'd be happy to have me back after I had the baby!

@afa2015, would you wear a big shirt to at least hide your bump a little until you get hired and then let them know

Some places will rehire you if you work good:) I know I'm having an issue and I started in March...

@afa2015, exactly but I have a phone bill and I still need to get a lot of baby items and I'm running out of money

it's gonna be hard because of the fact that you have to leave soon
