I heard from a few people baths aren't safe while pregnant? but I'm 22 weeks everything is swelled my back hurts I just want to lay in my jet bathtub no bubbles just regular warm water ? is this okay

I do I even light up some candles sometimes, my job stresses me out so it helps to be cumfy. I've only heard to not get into jacuzzis

@kaidenleesmommy, the only time it is unsafe is if you are in too hot of water for too long because after so long it will start to raise your core temp which can cause harm to you and the baby! I can only take showers because my core temp try's to go through the roof. And I have to limit myself to 15 mins in the shower! It really sucks! I start getting hot flashes. And light headed. It's horrible. Just be careful and if you feel like you're even starting to over heat in the slightest bit. Get out of the water and dry off. I usually will drink a huge glass of ice water and lay in front of my fan with a cold rag!

Yes not too hot though and not for too long if I'm not mistaken

My doctor recommended that I take warm baths for my back pain so I don't think anything is wrong. 😊

I take warm baths and I'm 25 weeks. Nothing happened to me. I haven't heard that baths are bad.. I've been told that it helps with your back.
