Anyone used a pregnancy support belt? If so does it help pain in your inner thighs?

I walk a fair bit but a warm bath always helps the aches afterwards x

Im 28wks @shelby but im measuring 30wks,i should try a warm bath do u do much walkin? I was thinkin maybe walkin might help somethin which i need to start.x

Think it depends on size of baby my baby's measuring big I usually find a warm bath helps with mine x

Ooh okay thankyou @joebi x might not bother with it then cuz i dont actually get any hip pain its just my thighs especially at night.I feel you @shelby the pain is terrible,wat worries me the most is how bad the pain will be wen im in labour with my thighs will i be able to have a normal delivery etc...never got it with my little boy so shocked as to why i have it now 😩x

My midwife wanted to send me for the physio because I have problems with my hips she said there isn't much they can do for the discomfort just show you how to work with it apparently it comes with been pregnant :( x

Not sure @mummy123 still waiting on my physio appointments to see if they can do anything for me. The jury is still out x

So if i was to go for phisio theres not much they can do? Or give me? @joebi x
