indescribable. bh was just like painless tightening to me. contractions when they first started were like bad period cramps in my back, then they felt like period cramps going through roid rage. it was like my back and stomach was contorting and being ripped to shreds. sorry but I'm just saying how it was for me lol. I also had to get pitocin so it probably made them a little worse. the pain was so worth it though, I'd go through it 500 more times if I could!

BH but more intense. They r so painful!!! Trust me u will know when u have one.
