I just drank a lot of ginger ale, and ate ginger snaps and also had these preggo drops which were just citrus flavored candy. it helped a little, but not a whole lot.
Yeah saltiness and Gatorade never let your stomach get empty nibble on saltiness all day

all depends every pregnancy is different but around 19 weeks it stopped for me
mine was bad in the beginning too. I lost weight instead of gaining. I was too glad to get my appetite back. you'll get through it.
my nausea was pretty bad from the very start of my pregnancy, but thankfully I never got sick.
I had it bad to I was throwing up everything I was eating or drinking I got to the point I could eat anymore and was still throwing up...

Idk how bad you have it but I had it BAD. I was nauseous all day, and threw up about 2 to 3 times a day. I was also dizzy all the times and every food item sounded gross to me. Good luck and hang in there
