This is a late response but I was browsing through your profile (hope that's not creepy) and with my first I gained 60 lbs! I went from 115lbs, size 3 pants to a size to a size 13 too! Before my current pregnancy I was at 120 lbs (without much exercising) and size 5 pants and s-m shirts. So if you're naturally a small person your body will go back to its normal size after some time (took me 18 months) although you may have wider hips, i did anyway. Hang in there mama you'll get your figure back!
