Has anyone been drinking red raspberry leaf tea to help them prepare for labor? An to help thin there cervix? Also, has anyone been reading into evening primrose oil? I bought some oil, an everything I read seems like it's okay to take orally at 35 weeks. I will wait til 37+ an then vaginally at 38. Anyone taken it before?

I take red raspberry leaf tea I have been since 3rd trimester I've heard people using it to have an earlier labor but its not suppose to do that only to strengthen and prepare your uterus for labor and course it doesn't help only taking a little bit its like taking medicine it doesn't really help and heal until you take "enough" of it if you want to try and bring on labor squats walking a lot helps with bringing it on and also makes labor easier people also say pineapple and hot/spicy things help too but I think that depends on you your body and your baby I'm getting a bunch of oils also but none to bring on labor or anything like that I'm taking for lactation and a happy labor and if you are wanting natural birth there are some for that too my mom takes essential oils to help her sleep she says they work wonders. I hope that helps :)
