The milk I pumped for later in first two weeks of breastfeeding. I have to stay away from this tea that makes you have more milk just yet😜
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Producing breast milk is so hard...i tried the mothers tea, i drink a lot of water and milk...I do have milk but barely make it to half bottle what else can i do???

My supply is low and I have to go out of town next Sunday. I have tried mother's milk tea and pumping every two hours as well as drinking tons of water. What can I do ? I know I won't make enough milk by then!

@mrsalston, I have two different kinds to try, when it's time, one of them is mothers milk, the other one is nursing support I think
